1. Persons using this online shop without account creating are called as Guests. Persons using this online shop after account creating are called as Customers.

2. Customer of this online shop can be company which buying products in wholesale quantity for further resale.

3. Sending orders and account creating means acceptance of this regulations.

4. Online shop owner can change this regulations. Online shop owner will inform Customers about changes of this regulations by e-mail. Changes of this online shop applies at moment of publication.

5. Account creating is nessesary to show prices of products and send order. After account creating Guest gets login and password, needed to log in.

6. Customer account is inactive directly after account creating. After verification of Customer data online shop owner activates account. Online shop owner inform Customer about activation by e-mail.

7. There is a possibility that online shop owner wants to get copy of documents for Customer data confiormation. Online shop owner will inform about this situation by e-mail.

8. Online shop owner can delete Customer account if account isn’t using or Customer broke terms of this regulations.

9. Online shop owner can confirm order by phone. If order confirmation will be impossible online shop owner can reject order. Online shop owner will inform Customer about rejection by e-mail.

10. Products are sending in accordance with choosen kind of shipping. In the case of payment by transfer products are sending after receiving the money.

12. Online shop owner don’t passes or sell Customer data any other persons and companys except situations describes by law. Customer data are using only by online shop owner for order realization. Customer can edit his data after log in.

13. E-mail address gave during account creating is using for sending a messages associated with orders realization and fpr sending general messages associated with online shop using.

14. E-mail address gave during account creating is not using for sending messages cames from other companys then online shop owner. In particular, we don’t send a advertisment camse from other companys. We don’t sell e-mail addresses gave during account creating for other databases.

15. By account creating you agree to processing your data by online shop owner in accordance with applicable law.

RECLAMATION AND RETURNS

16. Returns products sent at the expense of online shop owner will not accept.

17. Customer can returns bought products without giving any reason within 10 days from the date of recieving of this products. Customer have to send written statement and original proof of purchase.

18. Returned product Customer sends at his own expense. Products must have the original packaging and can’t be damaged or incomplete.

19. Refund transfer will be completed within 7 days of receipt of the returned product by online shop owner. Account number to a refund must be given in the written statement, sends with a product.
